Columbus XCR

The highest class of pipes made of stainless steel

After polishing, the frame does not need to be painted – high corrosion resistance of steel during long-term use under any conditions.
The lacquered frame is approx. 150 – 200 grams lighter (it is possible to achieve a frame weight of approx. 1400 grams)
The strongest steel in our offer:
stress at the strength limit of 1450 MPa
yield stress 1000 MPa
Twice and threefold weakened pipes.
Made in Italy.

Columbus CENTO

The most progressive set of pipes on the market!

Made in Italy from great Columbus Omnicrom steel.
Large diameter lower frame tube Ø 44mm | for maximum rigidity. Wall thickness 0.6 / 0.4 / 0.6mm guarantees low weight!
Tappered light head tube 46 / 56mm.
Barrel-shaped center sleeve – the innovative design of the sleeve means the rigidity of the connection to the lower frame tube, while the classic BSA threaded center assembly can be used (the advantage over Press-fit centers lies in the strength and reliability of the center assembly in the sleeve).
The laser-cut reinforcement on the seat tube provides reinforcement in place,
where the seat tube is stressed by fixing the seat post and welding.
Twice weakened pipes.

Dedacciai ZERO

The most modern and very light tubes for road and MTB bicycles

Heat – treated tubes, hardened in oil, with released stress.
Wall thickness up to 0.45 mm.
Tensile strength up to 1350 MPa.
Seamless tubes made in Italy from 25CrMo4 steel.

Dedacciai ZERO UNO

For touring and marathon bikes

T

Drawn pipes with released tension.
Wall thickness up to 0.45 mm.
Tensile strength up to 1100 MPa.
Seamless, made in Italy from 25CrMo4 steel.

Dedacciai titanium

We use only top titanium pipes from the well-known Italian manufacturer Dedacciai, manufactured especially for frame construction.

Heat – treated tubes, hardened in oil, with released stress.
Titanium has always been an exceptional material for cycling. No wonder – it is as strong as steel, yet has a low specific gravity (approximately 60% of the density of iron). It is corrosion-resistant, so it does not need to be painted. Its silvery gray appearance gives the frames made from it a unique look. And most importantly, IT’S COMFORTABLE. Its flexibility is 46% lower than steel. Riding on a titanium frame is calm with significantly damped vibrations. For those who prefer comfort and uniqueness, titanium is the first choice!
